MEMBERS’ PRACTICE RETURNS SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 11
Are you a 2022 member? Come practice at the Centre Sundays 1-3:30 pm. A teacher is on hand to supervise while you practice on your own. Bring your mat and use everything else in the studio to explore your sadhana.

CENTRE CLOSED SEPT 3,4,5 FOR LABOUR DAY WEEKEND.
