On-Line Classes begin in May

Join Iyengar Centre teachers, Ann Kilbertus and Ty Chandler as we enter the virtual world of educating students in the teachings of BKS Iyengar online.
Explore ways to develop and sustain your own practice using what is available at home to create props.
Connect with your community while you explore your home practice.

10:30-12 Tuesdays May 5, 12, 19, 26 with Ann
10:30-12 Fridays May 8, 15, 22, 29 with Ty

First All Levels class is free.
$45 for 3 All Levels Classes (includes tax)

    Step 1:

Register using your Visa or MasterCard by phoning the Iyengar Yoga Centre 250 386 9642 on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th between 9 AM -12 NOON.

    Step 2:

Download the ‘Zoom App’ onto your device (free version/Zoom Cloud App/Zoom Meetings App).

    Step 3:

Prepare your home space for practice. Find a place with a good internet connection. Basic yoga props for class include: 1 sticky mat, 1 strap, 2 yoga bricks, 2 blankets, 1 chair, 1 bolster and wall space the length of the short end of your mat. Use household items such as books, tie/scarf/pant belt, towel/blanket, pillows, kitchen chair.

    Step 4:

Click on the link emailed to you by the Centre after you register. If you are prompted for a password, check the email from Zoom provided by the Centre.
The teacher will be available10 minutes before and 5 minutes after class. Enjoy your online class!
