Prepare your home space for practice. Find a place with a good internet connection. Basic yoga props for class include: 1 sticky mat, 1 strap, 2 yoga bricks, 2 blankets, 1 chair, 1 bolster and wall space the length of the short end of your mat. Use household items such as books, tie/scarf/pant belt, towel/blanket, pillows, kitchen chair.
Click on the link emailed to you by the Centre after you register. If you are prompted for a password, check the email from Zoom provided by the Centre.
The teacher will be available10 minutes before and 5 minutes after class. Enjoy your online class!
